"It’s a lovely palace in remote Rajmahal (which is not in Bundi as advertised by Expedia). Our stay was great because it coincided with a local religious festival. It’s a quiet getaway with a pleasant ambience. Very clean and with great Indian food for dinner. "

"Lack of communication. Had a three occupancy room and the hotel staff had no idea on handling this. Had already requested for extra bed and they ask for additional money despite payment already done during booking. Room was not ready with extra bed and had to wait for sometime until it came in. Room service also had similar experience. Even after seeing an extra bed, they were providing only two towels. Found it very strange that the shower did not have any curtains or doors. Thus the entire bathroom would be wet and difficult to use thereafter. Also the hot water temperature is not controlled. Early checkout is also a mess if you ask for a packed breakfast. They provide for only one person. Staff lacks training at this place. Until the staff gets enough training, I would not recommend staying there. Better to stay somewhere else and just spend money to visit the village one of the evenings as that is beautiful. I will not consider this to be a 5 star hotel. "
